We’ll explore how unconscious bias can surface in ERG programming and everyday interactions, as well as in situations adjacent to your remit—organizational norms, power dynamics, and comments that may unintentionally miss the mark. You’ll learn how to notice what’s happening, respond with skill and care, and choose the right path—support, coach, document, or partner with the appropriate teams.
