Gender, Sexuality & Pronouns

  This workshop explores the differences between sex/gender/sexuality, the lived realities for LGBTQ+ people, and what you can do to ensure colleagues of all genders and sexualities feel supported.  A deeper-dive will be taken into the experiences of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, the concept of pronouns, and the role employees can take to support gender diversity in the workplace.
